  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership to align creative execution with strategic goals, ensuring seamless and constant collaboration.
  • Innovate & scale: Relentlessly introduce new processes, tools, and design approaches to push creative boundaries while staying efficient, with the understanding that innovation is a continuous pursuit.
  • Tell stories visually: Lead the continuous production of explainer videos, animations, and multimedia assets that simplify complex ideas and showcase value, emphasizing the ongoing nature of content creation.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of professional design experience, with a robust portfolio showcasing a high volume of work across UI/UX, web, print, and multimedia.
  • Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), with the ability to leverage these tools for maximum output.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with motion graphics, video production/editing, and UI/UX design for digital platforms, demonstrating a history of sustained creative production.
  • Proven ability to balance multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and consistently deliver high-quality work, even under immense pressure.
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to present and defend design decisions, along with the resilience to incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
  • A detail-oriented, self-motivated designer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-output environment, and understands that relentless effort is key to success.
