• Pay Range: Average annual compensation between $50,000 - $65,000 per year.

Job Description:

• Greet customers promptly and provide an exceptional service experience.
• Efficiently manage express service appointments, ensuring quick and effective service.
• Communicate clearly with customers to understand their vehicle needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Provide accurate cost estimates for services and explain the benefits of various options.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient process from check-in to checkout, minimizing wait times.
• Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles and any additional services required.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicle
• Sets and achieves targeted sales goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area to promote positive customer experiences.

Position Information: This is a full-time, exempt-status position. Your typical schedule will be Monday – Saturday with one weekday off per week. Why Join Us?
